Copying bank-notes

As far as I know there exist laws that restrict the usage of e.g. copying bank-notes, ids and passports. Manufactures of scanners, printers and copy-machines are required to use 'technical restrictions' that prevent users of doing above things.

As the GPLv3 of current draft 2, those machines could be powered by GPLv3 software.
