Hi,

I just recognized that in germany each and every contract has a paragraph in the end saying about the following:

If any of the paragraphs contained in this contract/document is invalid due to
some legal restrictions, all other paragraphs remain intact. The invalid
paragraph will be treated as if it didn't exist at all.

There are cases, where this was omitted, and due to only one illegal section, the whole contract was invalid.

I don't know if any other contries have similar requirements on contracts, so maybe you should check this out and add some kind of this at the end of GPLv3.
