[Committee-d] Meeting times?

Is there a better time for meetings?  Please discuss amongst yourselves,
and pick a time that people are likely to show up for.  I will be on
vacation for the next few weeks; you are free to meet without me at a
time of your choosing.  Richard Fontana or Brett Smith will be there..
If phone meetings are more convenient, they can be arranged.  We have
the technology.
