[Committee-d] Commenting queue for Committee D

Committee D members now have their own comment queue, which means that
you can submit comments using the interface at
http://gplv3.fsf.org/comments/gplv3-draft-2.html
that will be viewable only by members of Committee D.  (You can, of
course, continue to also submit publicly-viewable comments.)
