[Committee-d] GPLv3 Committee D introduction

Greetings to the mighty committee D, most fearsome of all discussion
commitees.  

As we discussed, I'm collecting notes from the initial meeting to build
into a set of minutes.  Please send me your notes.  

Soon, you will all be given access to edit the commitee D web pages on
gplv3.fsf.org.  I'll email you when the sysadmins tell me that's up and
working (for all I know, it may be working for you now, but it doesn't
work for me yet).

Louis and whomever else was recording, please put the recordings on the
committee site once you have access.

I can't figure out how to make the mailing list available for posting
only by subscribers yet, so it might be wise to not give out this
address until I can manage that.  Of course, the list is archived, and
archives will be available to the public.

I'll send out minutes as soon as I get the notes, and I'll see you on
IRC on Tuesday.
