I performed a number of edits that I think would be considered minor. I've
set up a resources page that lists the irc channel, the minutes page and a
members/gpg fingerprint page. 

As a side note John Sullivan was kind enough to add me to our mailing list
today. This leaves open the possibility that other members may not be on the 
list yet either.
