[Committee-d] Agenda

I modified the Agenda to pick up a couple of other items we were kicking around. Namely: 1. Taking nominations for new members (people wanted to go check their address books) and 2. Scheduling a reoccuring date on which we will meet. It would be nice if people could come with calendars and nomination in hand ready to discuss these items.

On new members, I was thinking it might make sense to nominate folks at one meeting and vote at the next? To allow time for practical consideration and email discussion?

Also, added an agenda item for consideration of issues. Although I do enjoy the procedural stuff, would be nice to get down to work. ;-)

Since I'm not much a fan of web based stuff, I went ahead and made an
rss2email feed of the gplv3 comments page. Feel free to subscribe to
	the one that I'v'e created:

[I'll try to keep it running and avoid spamming you with duplicate
	comments, but no guarantees.]
