[Committee-d] Third International GPLv3 Conference

The Third International GPLv3 Conference will take place on June 22nd
and June 23rd in Barcelona.  The venue has been confirmed as:
Aula 1, Centre de Cultura Contemporania de Barcelona (CCCB).  Centrally
located, it is near Placa Catalunya and Les Rambles.

The Free Software Foundation would like to have a representative from
each discussion committee attend the conference.  Please contact me if
