It's not clear where I'm supposed to send this report.

Do these need to be in today? If so, to whom? Is that someone already
on the list? If not, it would be nice to get some feedback from others
on the committee. I haven't heard back from anyone except Don. If
we're on for a meeting tomorrow, I suppose we can go over this then.

I recieved on set of small typographical fixes and updated the version
at the URLs in my previous mail. You can simply go download the latest
version of the PDF and the LaTeX source from that location.
