[Committee-d] On attending the 3rd GPLv3 Conference

Hi,

I found that somehow I will not be so busy between June 20 to 26, so
now I am planning to visit Barcelona and attend the 3rd GPLv3
Conference.

In case opportunity permits, I would like to make a presentation on
and discuss several points w.r.t. i18n of GPLv3 from a Japanese
perspective (input from discussion with the Emblix people).

Therefore, I would like to ask some questions:

1) Is there anyone in this committee who are going to Barcelona, too?

2) Do you think that FSF could possibly fund for my travel expenses?
