Sorry for the delay in the reply. Here's the position statement for
Draft 1:

Here's the text we're suggestion a compatibility clause that reads like
this (or something in the spirit):

  terms that require, if a modified version of the material they cover
  is a work designed to interact with users through a computer network,
  that the Corresponding Source be conveyed to a user who requests it
  through one of the means specified in section 6, without mandating the
  particular means

Yom can imagine the change to the AGPL that would need to happen. It
would be in the same spirit but would employ a different legal.
