This is a page for "test cases" for the new GPL. It's a list of possible situations that GPL v3 licensed code might encounter, and how the current license draft handles those situations. Hopefully this will help regression test the draft as it changes.
Feel free to add items to the list!
- Atmel scenerio
- 60 day violation window
- Diary privacy with DRM
- Ineffective Technological Protection Measure
- Keep the Source
- License compatability
- Mad scientist with evil plans
- Man in the middle
- Momentary Compliance
- SSL certificate key disclosure
- HTTP Server and Client
- Non-interactive Program with Affero clause
