Having been absent a bunch lately, I could easily be misreading or
rehashing. If I am, tell me to go RTFLogs ;)

"obtain them at no cost to you" seems to suggest that a vendor could
provide them gratis as long as the feel like complying, but that if they
go belly up or have a change of heart, the public could lose.
