[Committee-d] Meeting today

I know I've kinda dropped the ball on meetings recently, but this would be
a good week to get back on the horse.  We have Mako's 7b4 recommendations
to review, and hopefully Fontana can provide an update on schedule.  Recent
events have thrown the plans for releasing the next discussion draft out of
whack, unfortunately, so it'd be good to re-sync.  Of course, we can also
talk about anything else people are interested in.
