I've emailed Henri at least once about talking in more depth (e.g., on
the phone) and have not heard back from him one way or another.

I think we know what we'd like it to say in the ideal sense. I'm just
not sure if it's compatible with what the AGPL is trying to do (or
rather, with how it's trying to do it).
