Hmm, now that I think about it, he might be tied up with Day Against DRM
stuff.  Which fortunately is tomorrow.  :)  I can maybe try to work some
backchannels to get his attention on Wednesday.

If we can't get a hold of Henri, would it be possible for you to write
something up along the lines of "We suggest you do FOO, but if you don't
want AGPL to do that, we suggest you at least do BAR?"  Or is that too
complicated to be reasonable?
